    Already having an experience of remote work 80% of time due to COVID restrictions, we were able to switch smoothly into a fully remote mode.

  • Enhanced management

    Productivity is the key to meet all the planned deadlines and demos of the products we work on. Our Managers on a regular basis control their teams' productivity, making sure the work is distributed in the most efficient way and bearing in mind the safety and security of the team members.

  • Extended Quality Control and DevOps support

    The Quality Control department ensures that projects' deliverables conform to the quality standards. DevOps team helps to resolve technical issues related to connectivity, connection speed, remote servers' performance and, foremost, the projects' security.

  • The safety of the company's team

    80+ per cent of our employees work from safe places. 25 per cent of our employees work from outside of Ukraine, 60 per cent work from the Western regions of Ukraine, known as popular IT clusters with great infrastructure and safe location.
